Software

Our system will run on any Windows computer. It is suggested that the Master computer be at least 1GHz in speed.

The Point of Sale system consists of three programs:

"StorePOS"-- the sales desk program

"BackRoom"-- the program for maintenance and reporting of the database

"Inventory entry program"-- named either VndrLbls for the dealer version or StoreLbls for the store version. This program is used to enter data into inventory and/or print labels for the stock items.

Hardware

We have available two basic types of hardware systems both come with LCD displays and Laser printer.

For use as a master computer, we have faster CPU boxes with removable storage for creating backups.

For use as additional sales stations, we have boxes that have a small "foot print" to use less space.

Both also have network capabilities for expansion of your point of sale system to multiple desktops.

Training

(Western New York region)

In order to supplement our written documentation, we make available with each purchase of a system two initial hours of training to you and your staff for every local installation.

In addition, we are available for onsite training sessions for the first year of ownership and after any major update.

(Internet Purchases)

Our supplement to written documentation is covered by phone and email consultation. We currently do not limit the time except for purchases of software without support. That is time limited to the first ten days (installation support).

Support

All support requests for assistance or program errors will be responded to within 24 hrs. Such requests should be sent using the Contact Us link below.

As problems are discovered which effect the operation of the program, fixes will be distributed to purchasers either installed or with instructions for applying the repair. For customers who purchase with support, this support will continue for 18 months from initial purchase date. Any new versions will be made available free of charge in that time period.
